Support the People & Culture team in recruiting, onboarding, training and developing the employees of the hotel. You will help in preparing offer letters and labour related documents pertinent to each role. You will assist in the office supplies and collaterals, processing orders and any administrative work on the People and Culture platform Workday. You will assist in coordinating onsite training and orientations, in organizing employee related events and initiatives, help in screening and in responding to applications, checking references and processing new hire paperwork. You will represent together with the Team the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in the hotel.
What you will do
Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.Maintain and update all computer records.Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.Assist in coordinating onsite training and orientations, in organizing employee related events and initiatives, help in screening and in responding to applications, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.What you bring
A genuine passion for people and the hospitality industry. You will be an employee champion, a team-player, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. Ability to read, speak and write English and Italian.
