Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People and Culture Manager to join our RTS business. This role will manage a centralized team of stakeholders and will suit a senior generalist P&C manager with a background in engineering and/or consulting. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving initiatives that support our strategic goals.

Please note this role can be based in either Melbourne CBD or North Ryde Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver HR services for a centralized team of stakeholders to deliver effective P&C services. Develop and implement P&C strategies that align with business objectives. Provide expert advice and support on all P&C matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Manage P&C projects and initiatives from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a senior generalist P&C manager, preferably within the engineering or consulting sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior managers. Proven ability to develop and implement effective P&C strategies. In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practices. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
