What you will doAs a member of the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for lead and drive our shared agenda in line with philosophy and ambitions of Volvo Construction Equipment. This means you will have full operational, tactical, and strategic responsibility for the HR processes within culture, leadership, compensation and people management. You will support and enable managers to transform our strategy into people activities and actions.
We are looking for a People and Culture Partner with a strong interest in people analytics, the employee lifecycle, and the employee journey, to support the organization through workforce planning, organizational design, and the development of strategies that create a positive and effective work environment. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and other functions to identify and implement initiatives that strengthen our corporate culture and contribute to employee engagement and success.
You will participate in cross-functional networks and collaborate with colleagues from various departments and geographic units within a world-leading organization. This provides you with the opportunity to drive and lead projects that impact the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to skill development and career paths.
