As a People Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to support AppsFlyer through the art and science of People and Data.
This role combines strong analytical skills and technical savvy to support AppsFlyer in making data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do
Design and develop BI dashboards for various business partners and leaders Collaborate with the recruiting team, our people operations team, finance and HR managers to understand operational and people-related processes Structure, report and monitor data to drive process insights and improvements Train and educate stakeholders on data metrics and dashboards Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to business leaders that enable them to achieve their goals, drive decision making and create new strategies where necessary Work with data engineers and BI developers to connect and load data, and support day-to-day systems and interfaces to resolve data issues related to existing solutionsWhat You Have
5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis Strong experience with SQL and working with analytical databases Experience with Looker/ PowerBI/ Tableau or other data visualization tool Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and actionable insights to a range of stakeholders Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Statistics/ Math/ Computer Science or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and HebrewBonus Points:
