Subfamily Description

Service Delivery (SDL) contains the managing of operation of service delivery to employees and managers and the monitoring of service delivery operations, technology, transaction processes, and call centre efficiency. Also comprises the establishment of standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programmes.

7-9 Years of Experience in HR Data Management/HRIS Excellent knowledge of SAP People systems is necessary and Oracle cloud solution or other relevant People tools (like workday would be preferable) MBA HR from reputed institute preferred qualification Should have a fair knowledge of Organization management. Knowledge of other People tools for Performance management, compensation systems, recognition tools and related other People tools would be necessary. Good English language skills and able to explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to external and internal parties. MS Office suits like PowerPoint, Excel skills mandatory.  Hands on experience in automation & analytics tool- PowerBI, Power automate, Power query, SharePoint and PowerApp etc.


Providing HR services and support for assigned task and country

Creating, maintaining and modifying employee information and data in HR tools. Act as an expert of SAP & Oracle HCM. Hands on experience in automation & analytics tool- PowerBI, Power Automate, MS suits, Power query etc. Ensuring good quality in HR Data & Services Creating reports using different HR databases.  Involvement in global driven Processes and Projects handling complex queries and stakeholders Bringing innovative ideas for improvement of process and thus improving productivity to the organization.  Routine/ Semi routine tasks of moderate complexity requiring some discretion and judgment. Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.  Actively participate in special roles and projects as and when required. Works as a functional expert, providing professional expertise within a functional area of HR. Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies. Complete any other data, report related task as and when assigned Provides formal/ informal support to data management team members in specific tasks required to perform the job effectively. Ideate and support on process automation requirements if needed. Answers questions and solves problems related to the global / regional HR processes and information services in the scope, consulting Process owners when necessary to achieve
