The People and Culture team is seeking a dynamic People Development Training Specialist to play a integral role in enhancing our employees' career journeys. This role will focus on designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs that align with Four Hands’ values and strategic goals.
In This Role\nConduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and define training goals and objectives \nDevelop engaging learning materials, conduct workshops, and deliver relevant, hands-on training sessions for employees at all levels \nCreate, coordinate, and track training schedules, ensuring timely and effective delivery \nDeploy and oversee a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage resources, including manuals, videos, and courses \nStay informed on industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative learning approaches that align with organizational needs \nDesign flexible, adaptive learning interventions tailored to diverse learning styles, including neurodiverse audiences \nWork closely with department leads to ensure training initiatives address both individual and team development goals \nAnalyze data from surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to identify program successes and areas for improvement \nContribute to broader people development programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth \nContribute to DEI initiatives by designing training programs that foster cultural awareness, equity, and inclusion \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team \nOther tasks as defined by Management \n
The Ideal Person\n7+ years of experience in corporate training and development\nBachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field \nProven expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs \nExperience with instructional design theory and principles \nAbility to analyze training ROI and leverage data to assess impact and drive improvements \nExpertise with LMS platforms and e-learning tools \nProficiency in traditional and modern training methods, including gamification and microlearning \nStrong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials while tailoring style and tone to meet the needs of diverse audiences \nAbility to develop detailed project plans, track project progress, measure goals, and providing regular status updates \nPreferred certifications in instructional design, learning and development, or related fields (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) \n
