In this role, you work with other employees to ensure that processes are adhered to and documented. **How you will contribute** When you receive a request that is pertinent to your area of responsibility, you will review and co-ordinates activities to respond to that request, communicating progress to clients and scheduling meetings as appropriate, and ensuring service quality is delivered. Good technical writing skills are necessary in this role because you will write documentation and follow up on down-stream processes. In addition, you will manage the filing and storage of documentation, ensuring that Mondelēz International complies with the appropriate data privacy and legal requirements.
