Key Accountabilities
Functional Knowledge:
· Support direct manager, Regional People Experience Partner Director, in the client account to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objective.
· Lead account-level people activities such as new hire orientation, engagement events etc through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
· Analysis HR metrics and produce reports related to staffing requests, onboarding notification, open requisitions, and position being filled.
· Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.
· Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belonging.
· Participate in just-in-time projects impacting business needs and HR function.
· Support your direct manager to manage some degrees of employee relations situations and performance management.
· Support your direct manager to provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.
· Support assigned employee group in transition, expansion and stabilisation of new business with great consideration given to employee experience.
· Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with local employees and stakeholders to build trust Work with HR Service team as needed to identify and resolve employee data issues. Actively leverage the HR technology in order to drive value and result.
Business Expertise:
· Experience of delivering HR and operational activities with the understanding to balance JLL and client needs.
· Skilled in utilising data and technology to drive business performance and organisation efficiency.
Skills & Competencies
Leadership:
· Serving as a local HR professional who is able to independently working.
· Skilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee events, programs, etc.
Problem Solving:
· Adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment.
· A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organisation.
· With acute attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills:
· Ability to adjust styles of communication to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders.
· Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a HR professional to employees and managers.
Qualifications / Experience / Education:
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· At least 6 years of equivalent work experience.
