People Experience Specialist

This role demands a solution-oriented individual who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with others. **Your Role** The purpose of this role is to support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring they are meticulously documented, streamlined, and executed seamlessly. The People Experience Specialist will work closely with the People Experience Lead to provide high-quality HR support, focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience. This role requires a solution-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include responding to HR inquiries, including those related to benefits and policies, ensuring all processes are documented, and consolidating data to identify tasks that can be moved to self-service. **Your Responsibilities** + **Employee Guidance:** Provide general guidance toemployees (Self-Service Ambassador). + **HRIS Management:** Validate new hire andemployee change requests in the HRIS. Assign time off and adjust employeebalances. + **Background Checks &Invoices:** Initiate background checks, review invoices, and submit for approval. + **Benefit Enrollments &Verifications** : Processbenefit enrollments and complete employment verifications. + **Onboarding:** Manage the employeeonboarding cycle and present HRIS/benefits information to new starters. + **Collaboration:** Work with People BusinessPartners and Talent team to ensure security clearance is complete.Collaborate with the Benefits management company for new starterregistrations and changes. + **Issue Escalation:** Escalate issues asappropriate. + **Process Improvement:** Identify, propose, document,and communicate potential improvements to the PSSS team. + **Monitoring:** Monitor alerts forprobationary check-ins and approval workflows. + **Change Management:** Provide support for changemanagement, produce new compensation statements and promotion letters. + **Employment Verifications& Awards:** Manageemployment verifications, anniversary awards, and wellness reimbursements. + **HR Policy Queries:** Provide first-line HR policyqueries and refer escalations to People Business Partners. + **Sickness Pay & Leave:** Advise on sickness pay andleave, support managers in processing with People Business Partners. + **Absence Data:** Ensure accurate absence dataon HRIS. + **Leave Paperwork:** Provide leave paperwork andcoordinate communication across teams. + **Analytics Requests:** Complete third-partyrequests for analytics (government reporting/surveys and forms). + **HR Projects:** Participate and support inmultiple HR projects. + **Documentation:** Maintain updated quick guides, trainingmaterials, scripts, and SOPs. **Your Skills and Experiences** + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology,Behavioral Science + Strong functional knowledge of TalentAcquisition & Onboarding operational processes and ability to defineprocess improvements. + Can communicate effectively + Strong HR expertise, with experience workingwith multinational teams + Exposure to HRIS preferably SuccessFactors Kuehne + Nagel is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
