People Experience Team Lead

The primary role of the People Operations function is to provide People operations and administrative support to Business, employees and People teams to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices. Key deliverables include, maintenance of accurate & efficient employee information & other data points, payroll management and benefits transactions, People policies and procedures. Document control for defined operations processes to ensure compliance to policy, quality and statutory requirements.

The primary objective of People Shared Services specialization within People Operations Job Family is to ensure all People related queries and requests are responded to in a timely manner through a tiered level of support, leveraging technology platforms, and focusing on high quality documentation and data integrity in core HCM systems to enhance customer experience.Key responsibilities include responding to employee requests (such as document requests, employment form completion, onboarding/off boarding assistance), core HCM data maintenance and validation, liaising with COE functions to support benefits administration, payroll or other HR functions as assigned.Explores opportunities for CI, serves as an escalation point for shared services support as needed.Maintains records related to People function.activities, policy changes or additions; ER support document control for defined operations processes to ensure compliance to policy, quality and statutory requirements.supports company diversity reporting requirements.Key technical skills and abilities include communication, takes ownership and is a relentless improver, with customer empathy, and is results oriented.Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.Responsibilities might include:

(1) Performing routine professional-based activities (early in career)

(2) Contributing to and managing projects (mid-career)

(3) Providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise (specialist and expert)

(4) Leveraging professional expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results (principal)relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results (principal)Builds productive internal/external working relationships.Occasionally leads the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff.
