This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Atlanta office. Key Responsibilities: What will you gain exposure to? Throughout the programme, you’ll dive into the exciting world of the People function, gaining hands-on experience across key areas that shape a thriving global workforce. From attracting and developing top talent to supporting business leaders and enhancing employee experience, you’ll play a vital role in driving meaningful change. You’ll also have the opportunity to take on mini-gigs in commercial functions, broadening your business acumen and deepening your understanding of how the People strategy drives overall success. Through strategic projects, leadership exposure, and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll develop the expertise and insight to make a lasting impact.
