SALARY:  $79,200-$89,100

ROLE SUMMARY:  

Are you looking for a rewarding HR career in a fast-paced environment? Then this opportunity is for you! Our People Function is responsible for partnering with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow our business. We are currently seeking an entry level People (HR) Generalist for our Houston, Texas and Columbus, Ohio breweries. 
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Partner with the recruiters to lead the recruitment & selection process, demand forecast and analyze workforce-planning data ensuring a robust talent pipeline. Support on a variety of other HR initiatives around learning & development, engagement, employee relations, talent management, and more. Be a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management and employees, knowing the business inside and out. Assist in the implementation and management of compensation and benefits. Focus on effective implementation of and compliance with various HR and training initiatives. Proactively provide new, creative solutions to business challenges – while also building on existing processes and methods Collaborate with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help recruit, onboard, retain, develop, and compensate top talent. Ensure a robust talent pipeline and hire the best talent for various roles. Role will support two of our breweries and will require travel.  

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  

1-2 years' experience in HR function. Even though a background in business, human resources, or labor relations, would definitely help, we’re also open to philosophy, psychology, or even quantum mechanics majors. You’re driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills. We look for leaders who are naturally ambitious, self-aware, hungry to learn, proactive workers, and analytical. Bachelor's degree required. Open to future relocation for developmental and promotional opportunities preferred. Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process. Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
