SALARY: $79,000 annually, annual bonus and signing bonus eligible  

LOCATION: Placement in one of our Supply (Breweries), Technical Operations (MCC), Sales and Distribution Centers (Wholesalers), or our Corporate Headquarters to understand the "real life" People team routine and support for key client groups. Exact role placement will be determined based upon your capabilities, interests, and preferences, but potential placements might include a People Supervisor at a Brewery or Wholesaler, or a Talent Acquisition Partner.

In this position, you will gain an in-depth view of the People team while holding a Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Partner role in either the Supply (Brewery), Sales (Wholesaler) or Corporate organizations. 

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: 

Placement in one of our Supply (Breweries), Technical Operations (MCC), Sales and Distribution Centers (Wholesalers), or our Corporate Headquarters to understand the "real life" People team routine and support for key client groups. Exact role placement will be determined based upon your capabilities, interests, and preferences, but potential placements might include a People Supervisor at a Brewery or Wholesaler, or a Talent Acquisition Partner.  

Deep dive into understanding our People support functions, leadership & functional trainings and exposure to senior leaders throughout the program.    

Support on a variety of other HR initiatives around labor relations, employee relations, talent management, and more. 

Assist in the implementation and management of compensation and benefits. 

Focus on effective implementation of and compliance with various HR and training initiatives. 

Collaborate with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help recruit, onboard, retain, develop, and compensate top talent. Ensure a robust talent pipeline and hire the best talent for various roles. 

Explore development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term leadership potential.  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Current university student or recent university graduate – Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.    

A background in Human Resources, Labor Industrial Relations, or Organizational Design is preferred.    

Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencing different areas of the People team and locations across the U.S. in the initial placement role and beyond. 

Leverages data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.    

Demonstrates leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities.    

Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations.     

Can operate with a high degree of autonomy.  

Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and fosters inclusion.    

Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively manage several projects and teams at once, while being agile in the face of setbacks and change.    

Operates with an open mind, is insightful and innovative, wants to know “why” and has diverse interests.    

Consistently questions the status quo, seeks opportunities to improve processes, not afraid of change and willing to take calculated risks.
