You will coach and collaborate with leaders on priorities, talent management, leadership development, culture and engagement, organisational development and change management. **How you will contribute** You will: + Partner with Function leads and collaborate to create and deliver the functional priorities and plan; providing strategic guidance. + Partner Functions on organization design, ways of working, functional change initiatives, accelerating capability development in line with strategic plans to drive growth. + Shape and enable a winning growth culture that drives performance and engagement. + Leverage data analytics and insights to guide decision making and provide solutions to stakeholders that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. + Lead and advise on talent management practices related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility. + Manage works council relations and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements. + Collaborate on enterprise-wide initatives. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
