Job Description

What can you expect from the role?

Reporting to our People Director, you'll support specific cohorts in the business with the vision of applying our skills, and confidence and enhancing our superpowers.

As ambassadors of our core values, we are expected to easily cater our ideas and experience to support teams and individuals, ensuring they have what they need to reach their full potential.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000-100,000 USD.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with business leaders and Capability teams to offer strategic direction on multiple talent-related topics.Identify and handle employee relations quickly and sensitively, exercising discretion.Use data and insights to facilitate meaningful talent management discussions with capability leaders at all levels.Comfortable with navigating ambiguity with autonomy, and taking ownership in determining the next step forward according to organizational philosophy.Become a trusted resource for employees (across all assigned departments).Coach managers on performance management, feedback, employee development, and career pathing.Involvement in cultural projects that directly impact our culture.Demonstrate flexibility and promptness in undertaking ad hoc projects as assigned, improving programs across multiple disciplines like compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

QualificationsIn-depth experience dealing with complex employee relations cases, with the ability to interpret and explain United States Employment Law.5+ years of experience in the role of an HR Manager or Business PartnerCommercial and negotiation awareness.At Jellyfish, we are a proud Salesforce Partner. Experience with this platform is advantageous.Experience developing HR procedures to improve performance and avoid disputes.Willingness to help implement global and local projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals.A colleague with whom to share and develop in a diverse environment
