You will be an integral part of the People Team providing ongoing support across our HR function throughout the SEAANZ region. You will be involved in all major employee lifecycle events and have an impact on the Thoughtworker experience from onboarding to off-boarding.

This role is key to the success of the People team, responsible for the coordination and development of a range of HR programs and activities including but not limited to:
Job responsibilities Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, permanent transfers, and long-term assignments, overseeing orientation sessions, welcome activities, and buddy programs. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions by handling necessary documentation, communications, and logistics. Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits, including advising on welfare programs, resolving claims issues, and managing statutory benefits with the Thai government handling the end-to-end insurance renewal process. Oversee end-to-end contract management and ensure policy compliance, maintaining HRIS systems (Workday) and managing employee data in collaboration with People Services. Support employee engagement initiatives by co-creating activities and policies, and manage probation and leave systems to ensure seamless employee experience.
