Job Description
Play an integral part in the preboarding process, including communications with prehires and hiring managers, managing the collection of preemployment requirements, adjudicating background checks, collaborating with the Licensing team, etc.
x Audit work such as validating data entered, items uploaded, documents collected, and confirming state background check tasks were completed
x Data-entry into Workday and other systems and spreadsheets
x Triage and route inquiries in our shared mailboxes, and ultimately our ticketing system, to the appropriate stakeholders.
x Help with employment verifications, filing, ad-hoc reporting, tasks related to other phases of the employee lifecycle, and other miscellaneous responsibilities and projects

Skills and Requirements
X 3+ years of experience as a human resources professional, heavily interacting with the onboarding process
Excellent attention to detail. This person will be involved in multiple sources of truth. They must be able to operate in them with a high degree of accuracy and without the need for constant supervision.
x Ability to thrive in a fast-faced, high-volume environment
x Ability to work standard office hours for the time zone they're located in
x Experience working in an HRIS--familiarity with Workday a plus
x Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to use v-lookups
x Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and build trusted relationships with all levels of employees X Experience with Workday
X start up or large-scale company experience null
