JOB PURPOSE 

 

Join Our HR HUB Team as an HR Operations Specialist! 

 

Your Mission will be to drive HR excellence through operational expertise, ensuring seamless hire process for temporary employees in Mexico, and be a support for the whole region. 

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

Set the Stage for Success: Validate candidate documents, ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. 

Contract Expert: Craft contracts that meet country-specific legal requirements, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance. 

Hire Process Champion: Own the initial step of the HUB hire process, ensuring data and contract correctness that sets the tone for a positive onboarding experience. 

Process Pioneer: Embody a Continuous Improvement mindset, leveraging technology to simplify and refine processes, and elevating HR operations to new heights. 

Experiences & Qualifications 

 

​​Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous. 

​Proven experience in customer service, PEX, HR advisory or live chat support, preferably within an HR context. 

​Understanding of HR process and policy with experience working in regional or multi country operations is desirable 

​Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.​
