At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.Those in HR information systems (HRIS), data and analytics at PwC will focus on enabling process optimization, automation, efficient data management, reporting and leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions in the HRIS data and analytics space. Your work will involve implementing technology solutions and utilising advanced analytics techniques to streamline HR processes, enhance employee experience and support business and human resource clients to optimise operations and achieve strategic goals.

Create and maintain process documentation
Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Alteryx, and other firm sponsored web-based technologies.

Identifying and implementing process improvements
Providing tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness

Demonstrating some knowledge of Human Capital systems, processes and reporting, specifically in the areas of Compensation; ;
Possessing some functional and technical knowledge of the various aspects of Workday;

Being an iterative thinker with demonstrated experience working on teams who are solving problems with creativity while utilizing both positive and negative testing skills;
Possessing experience aggregating various, often unrelated data points or data sets to determine root cause or to support processes that benefit multiple stakeholders or impact multiple systems cohesively;
Demonstrating attention to detail and dedication to quality in relation to data analysis and system troubleshooting;Presenting information and insight to team leaders in both written and spoken methods of communication; and,
Following standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) & Quick Reference Cards (QRCs) to support the Compensation business processes.
Escalating issues in a timely & efficient manner to supervisors;

Working with high-profile/high risk data and supporting stakeholder management;
Possessing prior professional services experience;
Technical Acumen
Possessing prior experience supporting integrations between Workday and other vendor SaaS systems;
Supporting the testing and implementation of new HC technologies while also considering the impact on existing systems to provide a cohesive end-user experience;
Understanding business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements
Leveraging project management tools and methodologies as well as auditing skills to test completeness or find errors and/or analyzing complex data sets preferably utilizing Alteryx or a similar technology; and,
Some knowledge in technologies such as Alteryx, UI Path, and data visualization tools.
