Responsibilities Make an impact Performance management and improvement tracking systems Recruiting and staffing logistics Employee orientation, development and training logistics and recordkeeping Assisting with employee relations Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system Company-wide committee facilitation and participation Company employee communication Application Requirements What you need to succeed A bachelor’s degree Human Resources or Business degree HR management experience in a similar role 3-5 years Training design and delivery experience 1-3 years At least two years experience with performance management and annual salary review process At least two years experience with all aspects of recruitment and workforce administration Effective oral and written communication skills General knowledge of various employment laws and practices Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs Excellent interpersonal skills Skills in database management and record keeping Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality Excellent organizational skills Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
