What the day will look like Project Management Develop a broad understanding of all People solutions and responsible for execution of people initiatives aligned with the business, including but not limited to: Leadership capabilities development Performance & Reward Management Talent Review, Hipo development / retention & Strategic resource planning Engagement Analysis and Planning Large scale organisation transformation & M&A integration activities Champion our Inclusion and Diversity agenda Colleague Wellness Stakeholder Management Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and colleagues of allocated portfolio Coach and counsel business leaders and provide change consulting, thought leadership and support people related communications needs Create a cohesive and effective partnership with aligned People functional leaders and centre of excellence teams to ensure excellent service delivery for colleagues Collaborate With COEs Act as a champion for the comprehensive suite of people solutions and collaborate with key points of contact within COEs to define requirements and provide feedback on the effectiveness of policies, programs, and processes Support delivery of culture, change & leadership development programs in region Lead and support the execution of annual cycle activities (e.g., annual cycle, comp and talent reviews, signature programs), leveraging solutions, and tools provided by COEs Participate in senior leadership/executive level role recruiting for the region comprising key regional and/or country leadership roles Prepare and deliver change management plans Act in partnership for more complex ER issues and/or lead investigations on a situational basis, upon request of global/regional PO leadership How this opportunity is different The People Partner role will support the Lead People Partners in the execution of global and regional people strategies within the Asia Pacific region. This is an enabling role for the execution of the strategic people plan for Solution Lines with the goal of creating a consistent colleague experience across the region and within Aon. Skills and experience that will lead to success Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, and to consult, influence and partner with senior leaders in developing/executing people strategies to drive business performance Proven track record of working in a complex environment ensuring that key stakeholders often with conflicting priorities are heard and supported Creative and adept at problem solving, with an appreciation of diverse cultures and regions.
