Apply your expertise in strategic organizational development and change management to implement impactful people strategies that enhance the effectiveness and cohesion of the CFO team! **Core Responsibilities** + Provide strategic HR partnering for CFO leadership teams, supporting the Finance functional cluster's growth journey. + Co-own and impact the global people agenda, aligning with the unique role of Finance Partnering functions. + Collaborate closely with the ELT people partner for CFO, acting as a senior partner and coordinating with other HR resources. + Apply digital insights to navigate data-driven business enablement, digital transformation, and new working models. + Facilitate organizational transformation to achieve "One Global Team" ambition, focusing on talent management and engagement. + Advise and develop finance leadership teams to improve finance partner impact across the organization. + Lead the deployment of HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence, aligning HR practices with business needs. + Drive organizational effectiveness and recruitment prioritization, ensuring alignment with organizational design principles. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The LEGO Group's People, Places & Culture (PPC) organization encompasses four key areas: Talent, Reward & Insights, Diversity & Inclusion, and Partnering & Operations. The Partnering & Operations team is responsible for HR business partnering and local operations, including employee relations, benefits, and policies. This team develops and implements the people and culture agenda in alignment with LEGO Group's strategic direction, providing tailored solutions that respect geographical and site-specific nuances! **Do you have what it takes?** + Extensive experience as an HR partner in global, matrixed organizations, with expertise in agile methodologies and bridging traditional and modern approaches. + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, effectively engaging with all organizational levels and external entities. + Experienced in product work and tools such as achievements and breakthroughs, using data to guide decisions, especially in compensation and statutory reporting. + Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, while maintaining an open-minded, collaborative approach. + Skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships across diverse units and levels, with a comfort in handling ambiguity. + Experienced in change management, coaching, and balancing local needs with global directions to drive capability assessment and building.
