•Build relationships: advise, coach, and consult managers below senior leadership level on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, leadership, and development according to local practices and policies.
•Agile management: collaborate on agile projects with the Development team to plan and execute iterations, sprints, or product projects.
•Collaborate with various Human Resources teams (CoEs, HRBPs, People Analytics, Service Delivery, payroll) to ensure alignment and integration of Human Resources strategies and initiatives.
•Advise and consult employees on individual and complex questions, especially regarding professional development and leadership.
•Provide guidance and input on procedures and practices to support the quality of services, data, and processes.
•Responsible for MyHR and other Human Resources systems at the local level, using them as key tools and enablers for Human Resources processes.
