What you'll be doing

As an HR Associate / Business Coordinator, you will play a hybrid role in supporting both human resources and business functions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience seeking to build their career in HR while gaining exposure to project coordination and business operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-paced luxury retail environment by ensuring seamless HR operations and providing efficient support.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Administer employee attendance, leaves, and overall absenteeism, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant. Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Oversee work visa and labor contract applications, renewals, and cancellations, coordinating with PROs and employees. Assist with performance review processes (PDRs, KPIs, salary reviews) to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals. Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as staff turnover, absenteeism, and headcount reports. Support employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs to foster a positive work culture and to drive people strategy and employee engagement for Back Office and Frontliner teams

Business Coordination Responsibilities:

Provide business support to the General Manager, including liaising with Business teams and stakeholders (Management, Projects, Leasing, Legal, Tech) Support in coordinating key projects, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. Prepare organizational charts, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders. Follow up on material deliveries, payment cycles, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution. Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to streamline operations.

What you’ll need to succeed  

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR, business coordination, or administration. Knowledge of Middle Eastern labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
