What you will be doing

5+ years’ experience in end to end employee life cycleAnalytical thinking ability is desired. Curious & able to question while building processes.Should have led HR projects / HR transformation projects.Strategic Thinking can take initiatives.In-depth knowledge of local employment law and HR practicesExceptional interpersonal and influencing skills - credible at senior level and able to challenge the status quo.Strong user skills of HR systems and Microsoft office programsStrong analytical skillsExperience working with a global organization an advantageProven experience at Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager level required.Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity.Education Qualification – MBA in HR from Premier B SchoolStrong team player with a can-do attitudeWhat we offer you:
