People Partner LeadPurpose of the role:
The People Partner plays a critical role in supporting our employees and leaders, driving HR initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role partners with Amadeus Philippines’ leaders to implement the global People and Culture strategy and best practices aligned to business objectives and growth. This role requires someone with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. This is a hands-on role for someone who will collaborate locally and across geographies to accomplish objectives, oversee day-to-day operational tasks, monitor/report/analyze KPIs, proactively adjust strategies as needed, and address and resolve challenges.
In this role you'll:
Partners with local leadership to understand their people strategy/vision and provides the required support to achieve business goals.
Collaborates and implements people strategies that reflect our values and enable organizational development in areas such as talent management, leadership development, compensation planning, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion.
Leads employee engagement initiatives and fosters a positive workplace culture.
Manages employee relations issues, offering support and resources to both employees and managers.
Implements and oversees HR policies and procedures and aligns P&C initiatives with Global P&C and business strategy.
Monitors compliance with local labor laws and global corporate guidelines.
Supports talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Facilitates performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Supports managers and employees in their career development needs such as coaching and other development options, by connecting them to the appropriate P&C resources/teams.
Provides coaching and development opportunities for employees and managers.
Analyzes people metrics and data and provides data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Guides and supports teams, whether natural workgroups or ad hoc teams.
Leads and participates in regional/global HR projects and initiatives.
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 5 years in a People Partner, HR Leadership, or similar position (Generalist, Business Partner, Talent, or Operations roles).
History of creating a positive impact on the organization.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive HR initiatives and influence change.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Flexible and adaptive and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Data-driven and shows attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a governance role within a service-oriented team.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage service catalogues.
Commitment to operational excellence and enhancing customer experience.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Ideally used to work with High Tech industry profiles.
MS Office suite, advanced user, Workday user.
