Work with HR Leadership to support organizational design and effectiveness for client groups and provide performance management guidance to drive high performance culture
Partner with PBP on the development and implementation of short and long term organizational strategies to attain business objectives
Guide management and employees with disciplinary actions, performance reviews, ADA interactive process and conflict management issues
Provide guidance and interpretation of policy and training to the organization to mitigate potential risk
Conduct thorough investigation into allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and/or policy violations.
Conduct exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discuss trends
Responsible for maintaining confidential records, documentation, and tracking data for employee relations activities
Facilitate engagement events and recognition programs for local facility
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of Human Resources or People Resources experience providing functional HR generalist support within a fast-paced organization
Ability to provide rapid, accurate responses to highly confidential and sensitive requests
Proven ability to prioritize, produce quality work, and achieve business results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence internal partners at all levels of the business
Strong interpersonal skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in creating reports, assessing, and presenting data in various usable formats is essential
Strong ability and desire to take initiative, learn new concepts, and optimize processes
Process management capability: to assess processes, identify gaps, and create needed protocols
Exceptional attention to detail
High level of proficiency in Google Workspace

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000.00-$80,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
