Main responsibilitiesPreparation of promo material deliverySupport for human resources processesSupport for administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing employeesHR database management and maintenance (Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint)Liaison and cooperation with other departments

About you
ExperienceOngoing university studies (active student status) in the field of Human ResourcesMin. 25-hour availability/week with flexible scheduling

Soft and technical skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS ExcelTeam player, able to work collaborativelyAbility of working individually and with the teamAbility to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations

Languages

Fluent in English and in Hungarian as well
