The People Services + Technology team is looking for an experienced Compensation product leader to partner with our People teams to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions for Compensation. The ideal candidate will have deep Compensation systems and solutions experience with proven Program Management and Leadership experience. Must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.DescriptionDescriptionAbility to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels. Leverage deep Compensation tools and programs expertise to evaluate and recommend solutions to solve business problems. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to see opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure. Prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with the user community in partnership with cross-functional partners. Collaborate with business partners and regional counterparts to efficiently detail requirements and drive implementation activities. Ability to influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership. Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional and technology areas. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $184,300 and $277,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
