Overview The People Services Administrator supports essential HR functions by performing basic data analysis, generating reports, and optimizing processes to maintain efficient operations. The role also plays a key part in supporting culture-building initiatives and strategic projects within the department, collaborating on efforts to strengthen the brand’s core values and foster a positive, engaging workplace environment. Assist in organizing and supporting culture-building initiatives and events that foster team member engagement while strengthening the brand’s core values. Collaborate on strategic projects within the People Services department to promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Help facilitate team member engagement activities and support programs that align with the brand's mission and values. Assist in organizing and maintaining HR data, including workforce trends and team member metrics. Help develop and generate HR reports and dashboards using Excel, pivot tables, and other data tools. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR records and systems. Support processes including onboarding, offboarding, and team member record management. Assist with system updates, document management, and compliance tracking. Respond to team member inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and processes. Coordinate HR meetings, events, and training sessions. Design visually engaging materials for emails, events, newsletters, presentations, infographics, and internal communications. Develop creative ways to enhance team member engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts. Collaborate to improve the aesthetic and visual clarity of policies, training materials, and reports. Responsibilities Collaborate across departments, support colleagues, and take ownership of shared goals. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude while fostering open and respectful communication. Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and proactively address challenges with strong follow-through. Adapt to change with creativity, problem-solving skills, and a continuous learning mindset. Align with the brand’s mission, vision, and values while understanding the role’s impact on business goals. Analyze and present HR data through reports and dashboards. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred. One (1) year experience in HR administration, data analysis, or a related field with at least one (1) year in the food and beverage industry. SHRM-CP or PHR certification, preferred. Basic understanding of employment law, regulations, and compliance requirements. Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and compliance regulations is a plus. Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus. Design skills with experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint. Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.
