JOB SUMMARY:
An InnovaCare People Services Partner has knowledge in a broad array of topics related to employee benefits, compensation, hiring, corrective action/discipline, leadership development, onboarding, and evaluations. The PS Partner will work with corporate as well as clinic employees and assist the PS team to distribute information about new procedures, policies, payroll, operations, engagement, learning and development, new employee orientation, and more!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Understands the entire employee life cycle.
Oversees employee benefit support, onboarding, conducts orientation, discipline and corrective action, and employee offboarding.
Assists and collaborates on PS logistics, documentation, communications, and administrations.
Understands the market(s) they serve and overall company mission, vision and values
Manages changes, updates and information in Workday for supported employees
Communicates with PS team members on an ongoing basis.
Knows how to develop and work with job descriptions, job requirements, job ethics, credentialing, etc.
Assists with employment law inquiries as needed.
Maintains and educates on PS policies and procedures.
Communicates with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
At least 5 years HR experience, healthcare preferred.
Adaptable and flexible. Be able to redirect focus at a moment’s notice.
Comfortable working in Microsoft Suite, applicant tracking systems, and Workday (or similar systems)
Attention to detail; organized
Comfortable interacting with all levels of company leadership and executive team
Excellent communication and time management skills
Be comfortable in working in a highly-interactive and fast paced environment.
Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and problem solving skillset
Ability to deliver a trusted employee experience in all interactions consistent with company culture
Innovative in evaluating and identifying process improvement opportunities
Strong execution mindset on all projects and responsibilities
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Multilingual
College Degree
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing.
Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
