JOB SUMMARY
Graphic Packaging International (GPI) is embarking on a journey to transform HR and improve how we deliver services to our most valued asset – our employees. The HR Operations Associate will manage cases and escalate issues to various other HR Centers of Excellence (COE), when necessary to effectively meet stakeholder needs. This role is also responsible for managing employee data to ensure optimal customer service and efficiency. An ideal candidate is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. This person uses their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve on the People Services team managing and providing tier 1 support connecting stakeholders to relevant resources. Readily available to answer live calls supporting stakeholders. Facilitate case management by creating, updating, and closing cases while ensuring customers are satisfied and issues are promptly resolved. Complete employee data transactions with accuracy, following quality controls and compliance requirements Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Sarbanes Oxley. Provide self-service transaction assistance to employees and managers. Work closely with all stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), HRIS, IT, and other service delivery teams, to implement standard, automated, harmonized, lean, efficient, effective, and sustainable processes. Create and maintain knowledge base articles such as process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOP), job aids, and employee lifecycle process content.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resources management, or relevant field of study 1+ years of HR experience 1+ years of Customer service experience Thorough working knowledge of HR systems/technologies, especially Contact Center Telephony, Service Center Case, and Knowledge Management Thorough working knowledge and understanding of human resource principles and practices Skilled in examining HR Services and processes and identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse tasks, as well as effectively handle pressure and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with all levels within the organization Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong follow-through skills and ability to resolve issues promptly Ability to maintain highly confidential employee information and filesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in HR Service Delivery functions in HR Operations or HR Shared Services Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement PHR, SPHR, or SHRM Certification#LI-Hybrid
Pay Range: $44,730.00 - $55,860.00
