As a People Services generalist Team, you will be involved in Data Quality care and providing the best service from the Bogota Hub to Latam, in the languages of Portuguese, English and Spanish. In addition to providing the service, the challenge is to maintain and adjust the process from start to finish so that it best suits the requirements and needs of our customers. Bringing new ideas, innovation, simplification and harmonization of processes is a must!

Work obligations and responsibilities.

Provide cross-sectional support on all Knowledge Management topics that are managed in the Servicenow and Workday tools to employees, managers, P&C and People Services.Queries Handling through the ticket tools used within People Services especially the ServiceNow application, providing timely and high quality response for all L1, L2, L3 queries for employees, manager, P&C and PS.Support specific data, analysis and audit needs for people and culture (P&C), as well as the business from multiple sourcesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation.Support testing of new functionality or implementations of Workday / ServicenowProvide supporting documentation for audit authoritiesProvide support for EIB (i.e., mass uploads)

About you

Experience: Experience in HR processes, knowledge of HR case management apps especially in Workday / ServiceNowExperience in case management tools is an advantageSoft and technical skills: Customer service focus and experience.Good communication skillsHR process knowledge is an advantage. Workday & Servicenow is a mustCustomer service focus and experience.Good communication skillsMS Office knowledge is a mustAbility to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner (essential)Team player, able to work collaboratively and with People Services front-line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)Good communication skillsAttentive to customer needs and feedbackOrganized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines (essential)Action oriented, delivery drivenDemonstrates strong communication and customer service skills, self-organization, and the ability to handle difficult situations, while working collaboratively to produce the best solutions for customers.Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, previous experience with Workday or similar global HR systems, and experience managing ticketing platforms.Languages: Excellent English (B2/C1) and Portuguese B2 (mandatory).
