As a People Services Generalist within our People Services, you will support Workday/OneSupport/Learning Support-related support, auditing employee data affecting payroll, checking Workday/OneSupport/Learning Support functionality, Workday training and training for all new and returning employees, identifying efficiency/automation opportunities, as well as driving the configurations to completion. **Main responsibilities:** + Manage the Level 1 service from an operational perspective for the Bogota HUB team + Work on Level 1 continuous service improvement and reductions in case volume for L1 and L2/L3 with Level 0 improvement for all employees.
