People Services Specialist (HR Coordinator/Advisor)
9 month fixed term contract
Location: This role can be based in Spain, Poland or UK.
About the role
As the People (HR) function at BSI undergoes a transformative phase, your role within the People Advisory team will be pivotal in guiding and supporting our workforce through various activities on a large scale.
Collaborating within the broader HR Operations Support team, your role extends to providing efficient HR administration and advisory services to stakeholders and the business. Handling a diverse workload, you'll be involved in tasks such as processing starters and leavers, managing internal transfers, responding to queries, advising on policy and supporting BSI's centres of excellence. Emphasizing best practices in policies, procedures, and processes, you'll be a key player in maintaining and enhancing these services.

Responsibilities:
Follow set guidelines to offer high-quality administration support to the business and People team, meeting both legal and business standards.Timely and effective handling of People Advisory query resolution for and escalating as appropriate.Ensure that all records for colleagues are properly maintained and are compliantUnderstanding of local legislation changes and continuously improve process with the People Partners in respectable countries.Manage and process People Advisory invoicesTo be successful in the role, you will have:
