You will lead a team of advisors/administrators to deliver transactional and specialist HR services to one or more local markets. The Team Lead will understand service delivery and daily team coordination and will share insights and learning to ensure the team has full visibility of how the People Services team meets their goals

2 to 3 years leading administrators to deliver transactional and specialist HR services to markets across our business, delivering a future-proofed People Services function; facilitate a culture that recognises and maximises the value and contribution of its peopleEnsure our HR processes are implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different markets, monitoring escalations and implementing opportunities for improvementDeliver integrated, high-quality and responsive people process improvements, in consideration of our people and our priorities with an agreed process-related methodologyPromote clear documentation of HR processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures with your team and wider HR; ensure processes are reviewed and aligned regularlyMonitor the completion of queries from local markets and seek feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and service that support requirementsMonitor local teams (German team included) and service progress against Service Level Agreements and achieve the agreed scope, performance and timelinesManage workflows and achieve agreed KPIs and metricsAdvocate for the way you and your team might improve processes, promoting the use of automation and other digital methodsBuild knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this to improve delivery of services and ensures processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements
