Operations Excellence for Time to Payroll: 

Manage E2E Operations Time to Payroll (T2P) in the country (Philippines), in collaboration with external providers.

Ensure that payroll and benefit documentations are updated and signed off by respective parties, based on quarterly Global Core Model update. 

Ensure T2P transactions fulfill Golden rules and SBS People Services Executive KPIs, with proper documents in place if exception needed. 

Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR. 

 

Process Excellence: 

Identify room for improvement on the current processes through simplification, standardization, harmonization, and automation. 

Close open items from the current SOP vs Global Core Model 

Ensure all local articles related with T2P and Benefits admin for Philippines is in place, updated in timely manner. 

 

Compliance: 

Ensure that the day-to-day operations comply with Internal Control framework.

Fulfill Control Self-Assessment (CSA) in timely manner. 

Close all the audit findings (Internal Audit and External audit) and reflected in audit reporting system. 

Complete all mandatory compliance trainings in iLearn in timely manner. 

Comply with all HSE and security guidelines, including completing the mandatory training for HSE. 

 

Individual development: 

Proactively develop self via Sanofi learning platforms (iLearn, CURIOUS, Sanofi University etc.) 

Actively involve on the cross functional continuous improvement projects. 

Update Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Career aspiration in Workday in a timely manner 

 

About you

Functional:

Strong knowledge on E2E payroll management 

Strong knowledge on local legal requirement, taxation, and labor law 

Broad understanding of HR processes and activities 

Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc.) 

Strong deductive and analytical skills 

 

Technical:

Workday, ServiceNow and other SBO People Services technology savvy 

Hands on experience on People & Culture Management (PCM) is an advantage. 

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel 

 

Interpersonal:

Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner. 

Strong stakeholder management with multinational clients 

Team player, able to work collaboratively, transversally and with front line teams with an end- to-end mindset. 

Good communication skills at all levels, verbal and written. 

Attentive to customer focus needs and feedback 

Positive thinking and attitude 

 

Background & experience:

Graduate or Master’s degree with HR, Finance or Business Administration 

Minimum 1-year experiences in Payroll and Benefit preferably in an international multicultural environment and shared services 

Fluent in English both verbal and written. 

Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
