The People Solution Engineer builds, designs, tests, corrects, and documents complex business requirements per agreed specifications and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools. This individual will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including operations and L&D, to build and develop solutions based on value and impact with a strong focus on User Experience.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Creates and maintains digital adoption solutions on web-based applications using WalkMeAnalyze business requirements, design and implement solutions. Breaking complex requirements into component-based requirements / design that can be individually designed / built / testedAssess needs and use cases, quickly design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomesDevelop solutions which includes coordination and collaboration with the BA/QA as well as the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of the project owners to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications and trainingDrive agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality to ensure best in class digital user experienceSeek feedback and obtain consensus across stakeholders from project initiation through final approvalEnsure appropriate support to the end users during UAT and Post Production TestingInfluence and deliver in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and timelineAbility to understand technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at your disposal in order to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over timeEscalate complex issues when they ariseLog defects in testing to improve and iterate where possibleAdopts continuous improvement mindset to stay on top of WalkMe’s evolving digital adoption strategies and solutionsMay perform other business demands to adhere with divisional requirements

 

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree2 years of relevant work experienceExperience working in a deadline-driven environment, where attention to detail, and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing prioritiesAbility to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlinesA natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers and managementStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWorks collaboratively within a team as well as independently when require

Preferred Knowledge

Background in organizational change management, project management, or learning & development is a plusWalkMe experience is preferred, although not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, JIRA, and PowerPoint is a plusHTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience is an advantage1-3 years of implementation or professional services experience at a SaaS companyUX background is a plusFamiliarity with Workday, Medallia, ServiceNow, Archer, and other enterprise software is a plus
