**Summary:**
We are hiring for a People Specialist Payroll to join our Global People Services team. In this role, you will champion seamless payroll and time data feed to Finance payroll vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The role also requires the individual to work on key payroll projects, plan implementation and operational strategy with internal and external partners.This position requires operational controls and due diligence, proactively managing internal and external stakeholders, and effectively managing operational key performance metrics.As someone having experience of consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate with the experience to collaborate and work independently in our time-sensitive global team environment, this is an exciting role for an experienced HR professional to grow in the company.
**Required Skills:**
People Specialist, Payroll (Short-Term Employment) Responsibilities:
1. Manage effective employee records, benefits, payroll and time data feed for accurate and timely payroll processing and tax reporting.
2. Ensure data feed requirements are in compliance with processing legal and tax regulations.
3. Manage employees’ payroll related queries and escalations and proactive communication on payroll legislative changes.
4. Deliver results on key performance areas for payroll metrics.
5. Take lead on key specific projects with internal and external vendors.
6. Work effectively as a change agent and drive continuous process improvement.
7. Provide data support for internal and external payroll audits and local wage surveys.
8. Demonstrated experience in analytical and vendor management
9. Collaborate effectively across the organization, particularly to impact and influence partners, vendors to achieve results.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

10. 5+ years of experience in Payroll & Human Resources and/or operations (shared services) in an international environment
11. 5+ years of experience in multi-region Payroll systems knowledge( SAP or Workday )
12. 2+ years of experience in any Time tracking systems
13. Experience supporting employee life cycle operations (e.g. onboarding, movement, offboarding, etc.).
14. Experience in operational internal controls, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and accuracy.

15. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
16. Experience in customer service
17. Education qualifications - Commerce or Tax background
18. Knowledge of local pay regulations across the region will be a plus
