Role description:

Arcadis is looking for a dedicated People Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital support to the People Manager in a variety of personnel management tasks, with a good knowledge on payroll activities. You will also contribute to broader HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate possesses previous experience in multinational companies, demonstrating a strong understanding of diverse workplace cultures and the ability to foster growth and development among employees. 
 

Role accountabilities:

Supporting the People Manager in ensuring and enabling the correct personnel management process in all phases of the employee-cycle; Ensuring first-phase payroll preparation and connecting with the external payroll provider to complete monthly payroll cycle accurately and on time; Managing activities related to personnel administration (mandatory communication to and from labor authorities, relations with external stakeholders, etc.); Organizing reports, analytics, letters and company communications; Managing training needs, with collection and analysis of Business leaders' requests; processing with the external providers, coordinating the different steps to implement and delivery the Annual Training Plan; Supporting Talent Acquisition, Talent management and Employer Branding activities, for personnel’s search and retention; Managing onboarding and offboarding processes; Supporting Corporate initiatives/events related to HR projects.
 

Qualifications & Experience:

Around 7-10 years of working experience in similar roles, preferably experience in multinational organizations; A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources topics will be considered a plus; An excellent level of English (B2/C1); Strong oral and written communication skills. Team-oriented approach, flexible mind-set, high level of accuracy and pro-activity.
