**Description**
We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Americas (AMR) HR team, delivering comprehensive employee support across multiple countries. This role leads a team of HR professionals, including direct leadership of supervisors, leading all aspects of operational management, HR program administration (Benefits, Payroll, HR Systems), and compliance. You'll drive process improvements, implement scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to address emerging needs. **Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience and 2 years of leadership experience, OR operational leadership and high-volume customer support experience with 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience with enterprise HR systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc.).
