The PositionAs a People Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the People Support Team Germany and performing all people leadership-related activities in line with the Roche People Practices.

Building a culture of customer service within the team
Building an engaging culture to both attract and retain top talent, coaching team members regarding their individual development and career plan
Through frequent check-ins, ensuring that ongoing dialog occurs on the topics of Career, Capabilities, Connections and Contributions; and developing the team members’ knowledge, skills, competency, etc. in order to retain and develop talented staff
Ensuring maintenance, ongoing development and improvements to P&C/People Support platforms, ways of working, process flow, driving employee’s self-service efficiency and enabling end user behavior change
Developing and managing strong partnerships with key internal organizations and stakeholders and partnering across the business to ensure an ongoing evolution of trust, co-creation and fulfillment of their needs
Driving continuous improvements to increase productivity, quality and service locally and globally.
Who you are:

Creative and proactive leadership style and a coaching mindset (empowering, enabling, facilitating accountability, collaboration, experimentation & continuous learning)
Broad experience in a shared service center, with a proven track record of leading regional or global service delivery teams, preferably in an HR services environment
Fluency in both English and German.
