ABOUT THE ROLE
Our People Systems team is seeking a hands-on techno-functional practitioner to manage the execution of the strategy, design, and development of global People Technology, processes, policies and practices that drive improved workforce performance. In this role, you will address and fix complex SuccessFactors system and integration issues. In addition, you will ensure that processes and systems are scalable, sustainable, and have an impact on the long and short-term performance of the entire organization. You will drive continuous improvement within the People Team function drawing on external and internal standard methodologies and leading-edge HR thinking on initiatives. You’ll partner with both People Team and cross-functional partners, to ensure a consistent and seamless end-to-end user experience, while continually improving and streamlining processing and auditing.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Develop HR systems and end-user experience strategy. Implement system changes when needed Lead data, process and system configuration Manage complex SuccessFactors, integration and Data issues in JIRA Optimize People Tech systems ( SuccessFactors Core HRIS (Position Management, Foundation Objects), Talent Mgt, etc Payroll & Benefit Integration points, Time & Attendance, etc..) to meet workforce requirements with focus on integrations and operational reports. Focus on opportunities for automation, reduction of manual processes, and simplifying processes that help drive accuracy and completeness. Understand AI landscape and have led the implementation of AI tools Perform regular business process reviews, reviewing improvement lists, making ongoing suggestions and building plans to put into action. Develop and prepare regular operational reports/metrics, analytics and insights Ensures delivery of timely, quality services and meets Service Level Agreements. Assess the quality and timeliness of work and provide constructive and timely feedback. Leading the projects by obtaining key partner agreements, developing requirements, building/testing, preparing plan for change management, go live, and conducting post-mortem feedback improvements. Balancing vendor relationships as an extension of the team. Lead system upgrade or migration for new, existing vendors or modules. Lead compliance efforts through SOX, Corporate Audits, internal/external audits, and Privacy (GDPR, CCPA)YOU BRING TO PELOTON
5-7 years within the People Technology space Advanced proficiency in Success Factors modules (EC, COMP, TM, ORD, Report Stories, Integration Center, XML) is required Boomi, Lookr experience is preferred Experience leading and working on cross functional projects, managing and fixing complicated system issues Working knowledge of global data privacy laws Critical thinking, judgement and evaluation as it relates to data and storytelling Ability to make connections across technology, process, service, and COE’s Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and follow-up skills Strong understanding of SAAS/Cloud, database relationships, end-to-end technology offerings Ability to handle cross-functional projects and initiatives Ability to manage multiple priorities and evaluate and utilize resources as needed Ability to challenge convention Ability to relate to, influence and collaborate with employees at all levels in the organization#LI-Hybrid

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
