We are currently looking for a People Team (HR) Intern for our CLIMBERS Internship Program in our Bloomfield Hills office! This 10-week program will provide the opportunity to support areas of our business and assist with special projects.
What are the responsibilities of the People Team (HR) Intern?
Create Strategic Staffing Model by collaborating and working cross functionally with multiple teams in the organization. Interview team members that head business cycles to understand the flow and time for each phase of development for new communities. Develop an electronic model that is interactive to plug in start dates and key actions to project staffing needs. Collaborate with the Strategic Staffing Workgroup to provide updates on the project. Perform market analysis for talent in the areas for development.What are the role requirements?
Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college. Junior or Senior level student in Business, Economics, or HR related field is preferred. Experience with creating of an interactive model using Napkin AI, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
