Growing together** As a Talent Development Manager, you will lead a global team within the Employee Center, supporting Talent Development systems such as the learning management system (LMS), learning experience platform (LXP), and performance management tools. This role involves managing teams based in both the US and India. You will have the opportunity to contribute to various priorities, including project management, team leadership, risk management, and building business partner relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with People Team Centers of Expertise (COEs) and Technology Product teams to enhance employee support through process improvements and knowledge sharing. **Primary Responsibility:** + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience + 3+ years Human Resources or Learning and Development equivalent experience + Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint + Solid written and verbal communication skills + Solid organizational and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + 2+ years manager or leadership (direct or indirect) experience + Experience with Oracle HCM + Experience with ServiceNow + Experience with Cornerstone (LXP) _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
