Key Responsibilities: What will you be doing: We’re looking for an HR Technology Specialist to optimise our HR systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals. You’ll manage data accuracy and integrity, providing insights for workforce trends, reporting, and analytics. Your role includes identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhancing the employee experience through technology-driven improvements. You'll offer training and support through documentation, recorded sessions, and live training. Managing vendor relationships, you’ll collaborate to resolve issues and suggest enhancements. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with legal and security standards while partnering with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. What are we looking for? We’re looking for an HR Technology Lead with strong expertise in HRIS, analytics, and HR technology solutions. You'll manage system testing cycles, oversee deployments, and apply technology to solve business challenges while delivering key insights to executive audiences. With proven experience in third-party vendor management, financial oversight, and technology project delivery, you’ll drive efficiencies in a fast-paced environment. Strong planning, stakeholder management, and governance knowledge are essential to supporting strategic initiatives.
