As a Contractor Safety and Standards Summer Intern at Peoples Gas, you will have the opportunity to help develop and execute a strategy that will ultimately provide assurance that our Tier 2 and Tier 3 Contract Business Partners are performing work safely and efficiently while adhering to all standards, processes and procedures. **This program is scheduled to be onsite in downtown Tampa and run from May 19, 2025-July 25, 2025.** **HOW YOU’LL HELP DRIVE THE FUTURE OF NATURAL GAS:** • Correspond with Contract Business Partners (email, phone, in-person) • Collect, sort and analyze data (KPIs, safety stats, performance stats, etc.) • Monitor, track and follow-up on Safety events (i.e., incidents, injuries, near misses, etc.) • Monitor Contractor software system (ISNetWorld) **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:** • Ability to commit to the ten (10) week program.
