This role working with PeopleSoft Developers to ensure project deliverables and business initiatives are met. Skills and Requirements - 15+ years of experience in a relevant IT role (Analysis, documentation, development, QA, Architecture) - 7+ years of functional (BA) experience in PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM modules - Experience upgrading PeopleSoft on several occasions - Experience working with a payroll processing organization - Experience with several PeopleSoft modules (Payroll, Time & Leave, Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Health Safety) - Experience in product test planning and execution, requirements analysis -AI/Automation experience - Oracle HCM (Fusion) - OpenShift/DevOps - Business process modelling null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
