Our client is looking for a Peoplesoft - ePerformance Consultant who has the following skill set:
Strong expertise with the PSoft ePerformance module, there will be only ONE consultant on this project.
Experience implementing ePerformance in 9.1
Experience implementing PSoft HRMS at a University, with multiple jobs
Responsibilities/deliverables:
Identify, prepare and document design sessions with representatives from all schools.
Design sessions will:
cover each area of the system that need to be configured to identify gaps and needs for customizations
result in documentation of requirements/specs
cover areas of the implementation strategy, including: roll out strategy, training needs, change management and communications plan
Identify and document requirements for the functional team, the technical team and the security team.
Work with me to prepare documents required for a request for funding for the implementation of ePerformance, including: detailed project plan, budget, staffing needs and roll out strategy
