Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst for their Chicago, IL location. Responsibilities: + PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst with strong expertise in GL, AP, AR and Billing functionality. + Experience with Custom Modules and deep understanding of business processes. + Demonstrated skills in business processes and system analysis, design and system testing. + Collaborate with cross functional teams. + Assist with compiling, reviewing business cases. + Same as Business/System Analyst 1 plus participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing. + Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements. + Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products. + Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems. + Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing. + Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3– 6 years of experience. + Experience supporting functional users’ day to day business operations.
